EasyBrisk (the "App") is an interval-walking coach for iPhone and Apple Watch, and for Android phones and Wear OS watches. This policy explains what information the App uses and where it goes. The short version: everything stays on your devices. We do not collect, receive, store, sell or share any of your data, and there is no account.
To work, the App keeps the following on your phone (and, for an active walk, on your watch):
iPhone: this data is not synced to iCloud by the App. It is included in your device backup the same way other app data is.
Android: Android's backup and device-to-device transfer may copy your settings, display name, week plan and onboarding progress to your own Google account or to your new phone (on Android 9 and later, cloud backups are end-to-end encrypted with your screen lock). Your walking history, calibration values, birth year, profile photo and any health data are excluded and never leave the phone this way.
With your permission, the App reads heart rate, walking + running distance, active energy, workouts and your date of birth from Apple Health, and saves your walking workouts (with their distance and active energy) to Apple Health. Date of birth is used only to estimate a starting heart-rate range and is not stored. Heart rate is read from Apple Health, never written to it. Health data is used only to provide the App's walking guidance and progress. It is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties and never stored in iCloud by the App. You can change these permissions at any time in the Health app or in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
Saving walks to Health Connect is optional and off until you turn it on. When you do, the App writes each finished walk as a walking exercise session with its distance, and, if you use a Wear OS watch and allow it, the heart rate your watch measured during that walk. The App never reads anything from Health Connect. Health data is used only to provide the App's walking guidance and progress, and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties. You can change or revoke these permissions at any time in Health Connect's settings; records already saved stay in Health Connect until you delete them there.
During a walk you start, the watch app reads your heart rate and steps (on Apple Watch through HealthKit, on a Wear OS watch through Health Services) to show your live heart-rate zone and guide your pace. The watch sends them only to your own phone: on Wear OS over the Wear OS connection provided by Google Play services, which is encrypted over Bluetooth and end-to-end encrypted when relayed through Google's servers. They never reach SYNTONE AI LLC. Your phone saves them with the walk; the watch keeps a walk only until your phone has it.
Walking reminders are local notifications scheduled on your phone. Spoken cues are produced on the device. The Lock Screen Live Activity (iPhone) and the ongoing walk notification (Android) show your current walk and are updated by the App on your device only.
In the App, open Profile > Data & Privacy to delete your walking history or reset the App. Deleting the App removes all of its data from your device, including the watch app's. Walks already saved to Apple Health or Health Connect stay there until you delete them in the Health app or in Health Connect.
The App is intended for adults 18 and over, is not directed at children, and collects no personal information from anyone.
If the App ever starts collecting data, we will update this policy, the App Store privacy details and the Google Play Data safety section before that version is released. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
