These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Velour (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Velour is an AI styling app that recommends outfits, lets you virtually try them on, and links you to real products from third-party retailers. Product availability, pricing, and fulfilment are the responsibility of those retailers, not Velour.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You may upload a photo for virtual try-on. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload, and you grant us permission to process it solely to provide the try-on feature. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any unlawful or infringing content.
Virtual try-on images are generated by AI and are approximations. They may not accurately represent fit, color, size, or the actual product. Use them as a visual guide only.
The App may earn affiliate commissions when you purchase through links to partner retailers. Purchases are transactions between you and the retailer, subject to the retailer's own terms and privacy practices.
Do not misuse the App — including attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, scrape it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntone AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
